Roger Goulart ‘Coral’ Cava Rosado CVNE, 2022, Catalonia

The Catalan Cava producers, Roger Goulart, are part of the Rioja powerhouse group CVNE and have been making traditional method sparkling wine near Barcelona for almost 150 years. This vintage, rosé marries Spanish classic Garnacha with Champagne’s staple Pinot Noir to create character of crisp, red fruits and boiled sweets with an elegant, creamy mousse.
