Rolly Gassmann Riesling, 2021, Alsace

Our first (long overdue) foray into one of the world of wine’s most noble varieties, Riesling. Rolly Gassman is a producer who has been making wines in Rorschwihr and Bergeim in Alsace since the 17th Century and this wine encapsulates the magic of this region. Citrus and stone fruit flavours dovetail perfectly with acidity and salinity in a perfectly balanced riesling.
