Domaine St Andre ‘Folie d’Ines’ Blanc, 2022, France

A rich, rounded, opulent white wine full of citrus, stone fruit and vanilla flavours from the Languedoc Roussillon close to the Thau Lagoon, best known for its production of Picpoul de Pinet. ‘Folie d’Ines’ is named after the former owner of the estate. Traditional Southern French favourites are blended here - 40% each Chardonnay and Viognier, with 20% Roussanne too.
