Les Volets Chardonnay, 2024, IGP Haute Vallée de l’Aude

The Haute Vallée de l’Aude is an area between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean where Chardonnay is in its element. Warm conditions and high altitude aid slower and longer ripening which contribute to the juicy fruit flavours and refreshing acidity in this wine. Green apple notes, and brioche and toasty hazelnut flavours, courtesy of oak ageing, make this a great midweek quaffer.
