From the Errazuriz family winery dating back to 1870, this Sauvignon Blanc based pudding wine is a nod to Sauternes. Cooling Pacific breezes allow the grapes to be left on the vines for as long as possible, providing intense, concentrated aromas of tropical fruit, honey and nuts. The intensity and sweetness are well balanced by a good, refreshing, clean finish. Pairs brilliantly with blue cheese and lighter desserts.
