A splendid, sumptuous sparkling wine made from organic Chardonnay grapes and aged to perfection before release. Rich, rounded and layered - hazelnut toast and quince flavours give way to a lively palate and a velvety mouthfeel. Armilla refers to Avondale’s emblem - the Armillary Sphere- and their modus operandi, where each stage of the winemaking is decreed by the position of the stars around the earth.
