Touraine Chenonceaux is one of the Loire’s newer appellations, founded in 2011, and named after the famous Chateau of the same name, that spans the river Cher from where these ample, complex Sauvignon Blancs are produced. Aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and unflinching minerality are complemented by a full-bodied, zesty palate and a pleasantly taut, fresh finish.
