Wild Earth Pinot Noir, 2020, Central Otago

In 2010, when Henry was gadding about the rest of the world on a scenic roundtrip to the World Cup in South Africa, a chance meeting in the south of New Zealand with Quintin Quider, the fantastic founder of Wild Earth over a giant, locally caught salmon meant he spent a few days working for Quintin en route to Wellington for a Test Match. Wild Earth Pinot Noir is part of the portfolio partly on nostalgia but mainly on merit - simply brilliant Pinot Noir.
