Domaine Jubare, 2023, Pouilly-Fuissé

The first vintage from a newly established, B-Corp certified winemaking husband and wife team Justine Vichard and Barthélemy Gruot, this Pouilly-Fuissé is pale lemon in colour with vibrant aromas of fresh citrus with hints of herbs and honey. The palate sees a generous texture balanced with a vibrant acidity with a lingering, fresh minerally finish.
