Langham Wine Estate ‘Corallian’ Classic Cuvée, NV, Dorset

‘Corallian’ is Langham’s Chardonnay-led sparkling wine blend, named after the coral-rich limestone rock strata 300 metres below the Dorset based estate at Crawthorne farm. Lemon zest and jasmine lead to sea salt and smoky citrus on the nose, while the palate is dominated by punchy citrus and stone fruit flavours backed up by herbaceous hints with a minerally, fresh finish.
