Cave de Turckheim Grand Cru Brand Pinot Gris, 2017, Alsace

A Pinot Gris made of grapes from the estate’s warmest, most southerly vineyard where the high levels of sunshine here combine with the dry, granite soils resulting in ripe grapes full of richness. Aromas of butter, honey and spice and flavours of butterscotch and glazed stone fruit combine with a nicely weighted palate balanced by silky, citrussy acidity.
