An elegant, expressive Crémant made by one of the wine world’s most highly regarded cooperatives from the Munster Valley in Alsace. Pinot Gris, Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc are aged slowly on their lees from between 12 to 18 months to give the wine added depth and complexity. Aromas of baked apples are backed up by a fresh acidity, soft textured bubbles and a delicious, rounded finish.
