From the heart of the mountain country in Basilicata in southern Italy, ‘Pipoli’ is a blend of the region’s signature white grapes Greco and Fiano, made from vines on Mount Vulture, at elevations of up to 800 metres above sea level. Intense tropical fruit notes greet the nose, while the palate features lemon sherbert flavours and a crisp acidity that is reflected in the wine’s freshness.
