Rathfinny Classic Cuvée Brut, 2019, East Sussex

Rathfinny have been making wines for a dozen years now, from their base near Alfriston in the South Downs, 3 miles away from the Channel where only estate-grown fruit makes it into their fabulous fizz. The Classic Cuvée sees Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Meunier blended to produce a balanced, elegant sparkling wine with zesty acidity and a creamy texture.
