The ‘Nuovo Quadro’ from Battistina is single estate Gavi di Gavi - wine from the town of Gavi, rather than the wine region of the same name, and because it’s Gavi di Gavi, only premium Cortese grapes from the best sites are used in the production of the wine. Textured and complex with trademark freshness too - aromas of citrus and pear give way to a palate of zesty, ripe stone fruit and crisp minerality and a finish of lengthy elegance with an appealing saline edge.
