Familia Zuccardi, ‘Los Olivos’ Chardonnay, 2023, Uco Valley, Argentina

‘Los Olivos’ refers to the olive trees that were planted in the Zuccardi family’s vineyards when they first started as an income guarantor for the wine, but have become a part of the story as the wines themselves. The maturation of the wine in French Oak gives a reductive note to the nose which masks a fresh, crisp Chardonnay with notes of fresh pineapple and peach on the palate and a delicious dry finish.
