Nicely balanced between sweetness and acidity, ‘Les Charmes’ nods to Vouvray’s past while offering a fresh, modern take on Chenin Blanc. Made with parcels of grapes from forty year old vines, the wine is aged on fine lees for six months, and delivers notes of crunchy apples, pears, white flowers and an enticing, crisp minerality.
