Château de Chamirey, 2022, Mercurey Blanc, Burgundy

Mercurey, a commune named after the Roman god of merchants, is the largest appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise with nearly one fifth of production given to the main white grape, Chardonnay. This Mercurey Blanc is rich and generous on the palate with a rounded texture, while the aromas feature delicate notes of white blossom, peach and succulent pear.
