Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve, NV, Champagne

A mouthwateringly brilliant bottle of bubbles from the original ‘Champagne Charlie’. Charles-Camille Hiedsieck first started making Champagne in 1851 and his legacy of making exquisite fizz continues to this day. Made with parcels of grapes from across 60 crus, of which 50% are base wines, the average age of which is 10 years. The Brut Réserve gets the Vintage treatment, as the bottles are lees-aged for three years before release. Beautifully balanced and opulent, yet perfectly fresh and giving.
