Cas’Amaro Falatorio Branco, 2022, Lisbõa

A blend of staple Portuguese white varieties, Arinto, Sercial (both 40%) and Fernão Pires (20%) from vineyards in the coastal Lisboa region. The handpicked grapes are fermented in stainless steel with lees contact for six months resulting in a fresh, aromatic wine with aromas of ripe citrus fruit, apples and tropical fruit. A great aperitif wine, or serve with salads, seafood or sushi.
