Larry Cherubino has been making wine for over 30 years with the first Cherubino wine released 20 years ago from his spare room. Now one of the largest family-run wineries in Western Australia with Cherubino acting as consultant winemaker all over the world. With a subtle vanilla aroma, use of oak in this Chardonnay elevates the fruit character instead of overwhelming it.

The Ad-Hoc brand refers to the wines being for any time and any occasion with the focus on the pure varietal character of grapes grown on perfectly suited plots of land, showcasing winemaker Cherubino’s expertise.
