Waterkloof ‘Circumstance’ Cape Coral Rosé, 2024, Stellenbosch

Established in 2004, the family-run Waterkloof winery has conservation, sustainability and simplicity at the heart of its winemaking. Each vineyard plot is planted with the variety best suited to the circumstance - which in the instance of this pale, dry rosé is Mourvedre. Red berry, pomegranate and minerally aromas are followed by a palate displaying great elegance and length.
