Delicious, cheery, fruity Gamay made from grapes from granite soils vineyards near Lyon. The grapes were handpicked nice and early before undergoing carbonic maceration in the same way Beaujolais Nouveau is made - essentially fermentation is started by the weight of berries in the vat crushing those below to extract the flavour from the grapes.
