Rathfinny have been making wines for a dozen years now, from their base near Alfriston in the South Downs, 3 miles away from the Channel where only estate-grown fruit makes it into their fabulous fizz. Made from only the finest parcels of their Chardonnay, their Blanc de Blanc is zesty and fresh, balanced with an opulent creaminess with a long, hazelnut finish.
