A crisp, fresh Pecorino made from hilly vineyards close to the Adriatic Sea. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel before lees ageing for a short time. Flavours of stone fruits and citrus are followed by a palate of minerality and vibrant acidity with a refreshing finish. Lean and zippy and a perfect accompaniment for seafood and green salads.
