Henriot Brut Souverain, NV, Champagne

An excellent find from a recent tasting, and another great example of independent Champagne houses going toe to toe with the established names. Family owned since 1808, Henriot has forged its reputation for producing Champagnes of finesse and elegance. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Meunier which is cellar aged in Reims for more than three years before release.
