Mahogany in colour, with aromas of walnut, spice and orange peel, this is a pure, dry sherry and excellent with tapas food, as well as soups and stews. Palomino grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel, until the wine reaches 11%abv, after which it is fortified until 18%, and then matured, without flor, in oak casks for eight years.
