Fernando de Castilla have been making wines for over two and a half centuries in the historic centre of Jerez. This is an intense, brooding, exquisite single solera PX, and everything you would expect from a 20 year old plus, 500g/l sherry. Coffee, liquorice, sweet tobacco, prunes and figs are among other sumptuous flavours backed up by a delicate lightness.
