An organically made Chenin Blanc from old vines which produce low yields of grapes with good acidity before, after fermentation, six months lees ageing gives the wine a harmonious, balanced feel. Enjoy ripe citrus fruit and green plum aromas on the nose, with light toasty and herbaceous notes too. A versatile wine that pairs well with seafood, poultry or spicy cuisine.
