Crémant de Loire Rosé Pierre Chainer, NV, Loire Valley

Lees aged for twelve months before disgorging, dosage and bottling, this sparkling rosé is made from red varieties across the Chainier family’s Anjou vineyard. The blend is made up half of Pinot Noir, a quarter Cabernet Franc and a quarter Pineau D’Aunis, a historic variety originating from the Loire. Aromas of ripe strawberries, peaches and raspberries dominate the flavour profile.
