The Chambers family were one of the first pioneers of this lusciously sweet fortified wine. Now in the sixth generation, they’ve spent 175 years perfecting their art. Fermentation of the finest Muscat a Petit Grains Rouge grapes is halted with grape spirit at the optimum time, then matured to create the nuanced balance of luxurious dried fruit, rose petal and caramel with surprising freshness.
