Altemasi Millesimato Spumante, 2020, Trentino

A traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes from vineyards high up in the Dolomites in the Trentino region. The wine is aged between two to three years on its lees which helps give the wine added complexity. Flavours of citrus fruit, apples, honey brioche and persistent bubbles with light lemony notes make for a fantastic fizz.
